RED HEART® “Super Saver®”: 1 Skein each 373 Petal Pink B and 310 Black C.Crochet Hook: 4mm [US G-6].

Polyester fiberfill, yarn needle, ½ yard ¾”-wide ribbon, pompom maker.

Size: Bunny is about 8” tall.

GAUGE: 16 sc = 4”; 16 rounds = 4”. CHECK YOUR GAUGE. Use any size hooks to obtain the gauges given.

NOTE: To make baby-safe, DO NOT make pompom tail.

Head & Body

With A, ch 4; join with a slip st into a ring.

Round 1: Ch 1, 8 sc in ring; join.

Ear (Make 2)

With A, ch 6; turn.

Rounds 5-8: Repeat Round 4.

Rounds 10-11: Repeat Round 4.

Inner Ear: With B, embroider the center of Ear. Fasten off.

Tail

With A, make a 1” pompom.

 

FINISHING

Sew Arms and Feet to body. Secure Tail to back of body. Sew Ears to top of Head and tack sides of each Ear together at base of each ear.Sew Muzzle to front of Head. Run long stitch from center of Muzzle to base of Muzzle and pull tightly; secure and fasten off to from mouth. Sew Nose at join between top of Muzzle and to Head. With C, embroider eyes on Head. Weave in ends.

Tie ribbon in bow around neck and trim ends.
