Size: About 7” square.
Materials: Worsted Weight Cotton: Variegated – 1 oz, 50 yds (30 g, 46 m) (Sugar ‘n Cream)
Crochet Hook: Size H-8 (5.00 mm)
Special Stitches
Leaf Stitch (Leaf): Keeping last loop of each st on hook, work 2 dc in st or sp indicated, [yo and draw through 2 lps on hook] twice.
DISHCLOTH
Row 1: (Right Side) Ch 5, Leaf in 4th ch from hook, [ch 4, Leaf in 4th ch from hook] 6 times. (7 Leaves)
Row 2: Ch 7 (counts as first dc and ch 4 now and throughout), turn, Leaf in 4th ch from hook, sc between next 2 Leaves, * [ch 4, Leaf in 4th ch from hook] twice, skip 2 leaves, sc between leaves; rep from * across, ending with sc in first ch of Row 1.
Rows 3-11: Ch 7, turn, Leaf in 4th ch from hook, sc between next 2 Leaves, * [ch 4, Leaf in 4th ch from hook] twice, skip 2 leaves, sc between leaves; rep from * across, ending with sc in last dc. At the end of Row 11, finish off and weave in ends.
