Size: About 8″ round.

Materials: Worsted Weight Yarn: White – 2 oz Pink – 2 oz Green – 1 oz Small amount Yellow Yarn Needle.

Crochet Hook: Size I-9 (5.50 mm)

Special Stitches

Beginning Cluster (beg-cl): Ch 3 (counts as first dc), keeping last lp of each dc on hook, 3 dc in st or space indicated, yo, draw through all lps on hook.

Cluster (cl): Keeping last lp of each dc on hook, 4 dc in st or sp indicated, yo, draw through all lps on hook.

FRONT

Rnd 1: (Right Side) Starting at center, with Yell, ch 4, join with sl st in first ch to form ring; ch 5 (counts as first dc and ch 2), [dc in ring, ch 2] 7 times; join with sl st to first dc. (8 dc and 8 ch-2 sps) Finish off and weave in ends.

Rnd 2: With right side facing, join Pink with sl st to any ch-2 sp, beg-cl in same sp, ch 4, [cl in next ch-2 sp, ch 4] around; join with sl st to first cl. (8 clusters)

Rnd 3: Sl st in ch-4 sp, (beg-cl, ch 3, cl) in same sp, ch 3, [(cl, ch 3, cl) in next ch-4 sp, ch 3] around; join as before. (16 clusters) Finish off and weave in ends.

Rnd 4: With right side facing, join Green with sl st to any ch-3 sp, ch 3 (counts as first dc now and throughout), 4 dc in same sp, [5 dc in next ch-3 sp] around; join with sl st to first dc. (80 dc) Finish off and weave in ends.

Rnd 5: With right side facing, join White with sl st to any dc, ch 3, dc in same st as joining, dc in next 19 dc, [2 dc in next dc, dc in next 19 dc] around; join as before. (84 dc) Finish off and weave in ends.

BACK

Rnd 1: (Right Side) Starting at center, with Pink, ch 4, 11 dc in 4th ch from hook (skipped ch count as first dc); join with sl st to first dc. (12 dc)

Rnd 2: Ch 3 (counts as first dc now and throughout), dc in same st as joining; [2 dc in next dc] around; join as before. (24 dc)

Rnd 3: Ch 3, dc in same st as joining, dc in next dc, [2 dc in next dc, dc in next dc] around; join as before. (36 dc)

Rnd 4: Ch 3, dc in same st as joining, dc in next 2 dc, [2 dc in next dc, dc in next 2 dc] around; join as before. (48 dc)

Rnd 5: Ch 3, dc in same st as joining, dc in next 3 dc, [2 dc in next dc, dc in next 3 dc] around; join as before. (60 dc)

Rnd 6: Ch 3, dc in same st as joining, dc in next 4 dc, [2 dc in next dc, dc in next 4 dc] around; join as before. (72 dc)

Rnd 7: Ch 3, dc in same st as joining, dc in next 5 dc, [2 dc in next dc, dc in next 5 dc] around; join as before. (84 dc) Finish off and weave in ends.

Finishing – use photo as guide

Holding wrong sides of Front and Back together, with Front facing, working through both thicknesses, join Pink with sl st to any dc, ch 1, (sc, ch 15, sl st in first ch, sc) in same dc (hanger made), ch 4, skip next dc, [sc in next dc, ch 4, skip next dc] around; join with sl st to first sc. (42 ch-4 lps) Finish off and weave in ends.
