Night on the Town Necklace

Necklace measures 108” (274.5 cm) circumference.
Special Stitch
bobble = yarn over, insert hook in indicated chain, yarn over, draw up a loop, yarn over and pull through 2 loops on hook, [yarn over, insert hook in same chain, yarn over, draw up a loop, yarn over and pull through 2 loops on hook] 4 times (6 loops on hook), yarn over and pull through all 6 loops on hook.
