#144 Beginner’s Luck Crochet Dishcloth – Maggie Weldon Maggies Crochet

Tuesday May 24, 2011

Designer Jennifer Carraway wrote: “I started working for Maggie a couple of years ago doing pottery for Lace Pottery.  While working here I am often asked for my opinion on new crochet designs which come in for review. I became interested in crochet and Wendi gave me hooks and yarn for Christmas last year.  My first project was a scarf – the Huglee.  I’m still learning how to read patterns but I get the stitches. I would rather design my own things than try to understand someone else’s. I get what the patterns are saying but we don’t speak the same language. Just learning!”

Jen – I am so proud of you!!  Your dishcloth is beautiful!  Thank you for helping with the Dishcloth-a-Day Challenge.
