5 skeins 400 Grey Heather A; 1 skein each: 312 Black B, 724 Baby Pink C, 776 Dark Orchid D, 959 Gemstone E, 358 Lavender F, 390 Hot Red G, 905 Magenta H, 940 Plum Pudding I, 332 Ranch Red J, 722 Pretty ‘N Pink K, 798 Sunshine Print L, 528 Medium Purple M, 4738 Claret Fleck N, 786 Candy Print O, 774 Lt Raspberry P, 718 Shocking Pink Q, and 530 Orchid R.
Crochet Hook: 6.5mm [US K-10.5].
Yarn needle.
GAUGE: Motif = 3.5” across. CHECK YOUR GAUGE.
Use any size hook to obtain the gauge.
Basic Hexagon
(Make 184 in colors of your choice OR 6 Q; 9 K; 10 each C, L and N; 11 each G, I, M and O; 12 each D, E, F, P and R; 13 H; 22 J.)
THROW
With center color, ch 5; join with a slip st to form a ring.
Round 1: Ch 4, [dc in ring, ch 1] 11 times; join with a slip st in 3rd ch of ch-4 – 12 ch-1 spaces. Fasten off.
Round 2: Join A in any ch-1 space; (ch 4, dc) in same space, [3 dc in next space, (dc, ch 1, dc) all in next space] 5 times, 3 dc in last space; join in 3rd ch of ch-4 – 6 ch-1 spaces. Fasten off.
Finishing
Following diagram sew motifs together through back loops with B OR in random color order.
