Designer Patricia Speer wrote: “ I have never even thought about designing a pattern. I taught myself by reading patterns in books and crochet magazines. So I only make simple items. But I have always loved crochet. I was inspired by you, Maggie, when you told us to look at stitches in books and just follow til you made a dishcloth size. So that’s what I’ve done. To me this dishcloth pattern looks like a lot of animal tracks in freshly fallen snow! ”
Thank you Patricia for joining the Dishcloth-A-Day Challenge!

That’s the way I read the pattern. 1-1/2 crochet at end of each row. Maggie, love the retro ripple baby pattern from this week, will have to order after Xmas. Doris
