Striped Bell Ornament

Over the years bells have played a big part in the celebration of Christmas. Ringing of the bells symbolizes celebration and good news.  Many churches have bells.  When something important is happening such as remembering the birth of Jesus – they typically ring the bell.

“Every time a bell rings, an angel gets his wings”, is the classic line from the movie “It’s a Wonderful Life”.

Bells have long been inexpensive musical instruments that people could take with them caroling.  Bells also provided a bright and cheery sound to celebrate and make noise at Christmas.

Now you can create your own Christmas bell with the new Striped Christmas Bell Crochet Pattern.  Hang it on your tree or attach it to a gift.  Make this bell in a rainbow of colors using scrap yarns.
