This pattern calls for Rug Yarn. I haven’t been able to find rug yarn in years. What would you suggest using in place of the rug yarn?

    Janet,
Rug yarn is equivalent to bulky yarn. Try the pattern in bulky weight yarn or two strands of worsted weight yarn.
