So I taught myself, and made my first set of baby booties with thread for my cousin’s new son. I have been crocheting ever since, and it is my true passion!”

Size: About 6” diameter
Materials: Worsted Weight Cotton Yarn: Red – 1 oz, 48 yds (28 g, 43 m) Black – 1 oz, 48 yds (28 g, 43 m) (Peaches & Crème – Red, Black) Yarn Needle.
Crochet Hook: Size G-6 (4.25 mm)
JOINING WITH SC
When instructed to join with sc, begin with sl knot on hook, insert hook in st or sp indicated, yo and pull up a loop, yo and draw through both loops on hook.
DISHCLOTH
Note: This dishcloth is made in two pieces which are joined together with one center seam.
Body Half (Make 2)
Row 1: (Right Side) With Red, ch 2, 3 sc in 2nd ch from hook. (3 sc)
Row 2: Ch 1, turn, 3 sc in first sc, sc in next sc, 3 sc in last sc. (7 sc)
Row 3: Ch 1, turn, 2 sc in first sc, (sc in next sc) across to last sc, 2 sc in last sc. (9 sc)
Row 4: Ch 1, turn, 2 sc in first sc, (sc in next 3 sc, 2 sc in next sc) twice. (12 sc)
Rows 5-7: Rep Row 4, increasing 1 sc at each end and as needed to keep semi-circle shape and still keep piece flat.
Row 8: Ch 1, turn, sc in each st across. Finish off and weave in ends.
Body Join
With right sides facing, place both Body Halves together with straight edges at center to form circle. Join Black with sc to top right of straight edge of right Body Half, evenly sc across right Half to bottom of straight edge. Do not finish off, but attach to bottom of left Half. (Halves are now joined at bottom center.) Rotate work and evenly sc across straight edge of left Half to top. Holding right sides together, rotate work again so right Half is facing you. Working through both thicknesses sl st in back loops only of each sc across. (Halves are now joined to form a circle.) Do not finish off. Open joined halves and with right side facing, sc in each sc around circle; join with sl st to first sc. Sl st to correct placement for antenna. Ch 12, sl st in 3rd ch from hook. Finish off and weave in ends. Join Black in same st and make second antenna. Finish off and weave in ends.
Finishing – use photo as guide
– Using needle and Black yarn, cross stitch large Xs on front of dishcloth. (To keep the back neat, draw needle through stitches at back of work between Xs.

thanks i tried to find this for a day or so

all i wanted to do was to TELL U That i enjoyed to have three patterns in one day im checking in lots during the day waiting on 98 it is wacky that it does 92-94 then the next day in 92 93 7 NINTY FOUR ARE THERE…. THEN THREE DAYS LATER THERE IS NINEY FIVE SIX AND SEVEN HOPE I GET 98 B4 THE END OF THEDAY IM LOVING THE LADY BUG IM THINKING WHERE I HAVE RED YARN… I HAVE had BLACK ANYWAY… I WANT TO MAKE THIS ONE I LIKE love LADY BUGS… I KNEW THE WHOLE LADY BUG SONG WHEN I WAS A KID MY MOM SUNG IT TO ME ALL THE TIME after fly away home it went your house is on fire and babys are beginning to roam
there were at least two or three verses left i forget them right now… im doing plants and house work kitty feeding MAKING FLOWERS FOR THE fiesta… i have maybe 50some… and crocheted two in the fiesta yarn for my house decoration and thought i would send them to you donated for your challenge… they are so pretty… havenot decided yet hugs me
this one is cute – but tiny! I think if I did this one again, I will use plastic canvas yarn to make a scrubber out of it. Maybe it would be cute as a child’s washcloth 🙂
