Materials: Worsted Weight Cotton Yarn: Variegated – 2 oz, 100 yds (60 g, 92 m)(I Love This Cotton – Periwinkle Print
Crochet Hook: Size G-6 (4.25 mm)
DISHCLOTH:
Row 1: (Right Side) Ch 32, dc in 4th ch from hook (skipped ch count as first dc), dc in next 3 ch, [ch 2, skip next 2 ch, dc in next 7 ch] twice, ch 2, skip next 2 ch, dc in next 5 ch. (24 dc and 3 ch-2 sps)
Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as first dc now and throughout), turn, dc in next 3 dc, [ch 2, dc in next sp, ch 2, skip next dc, dc in next 5 dc] across, omitting last dc on final repeat. (21 dc and 6 ch-2 sps)
Row 3: Ch 3, turn, dc in next 2 dc, [ch 2, dc in next sp, dc in next dc, dc in next sp, ch 2, skip next dc, dc in next 3 dc] across. (21 dc and 6 ch-2 sps)
Row 4: Ch 3, turn, dc in next dc, [ch 2, dc in next sp, dc in next 3 dc, dc in next sp, ch 2, skip next dc, dc in next dc] across, ending with dc in last dc. (21 dc and 6 ch-2 sps)
Row 5: Ch 5 (counts as first dc and ch 2), turn, [dc in next sp, dc in next 5 dc, dc in next sp, ch 2] across, ending with dc in last dc. (23 dc and 4 ch-2 sps)

Rows 10–17: Rep Rows 2–9. At end of Row 17, DO NOT FINISH OFF.
Edging
Rnd 1: Ch 1, do not turn (right side facing), * working in sides of rows, 2 sc in each dc row *; working in starting ch on other side, 3 sc in first ch, sc in next ch across to last ch, 3 sc in last ch; rep from * to *; working in last row, 3 sc in first dc, sc in each st and sp across to last dc, 3 sc in last dc; join with sl st to first sc. Finish off and weave in ends.
