Rnd 1: (Right Side) Starting at center, ch 4, sl st in first ch to form ring; ch 1 (loosely), 15 dc in ring; join with sl st to first dc. (15 dc)
Rnd 2: * Ch 5, sl st in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next ch, hdc in next ch, dc in next ch, skip next 2 dc (on Rnd 1), sl st in next dc; rep from * around. (5 points) Finish off and weave in ends.
Rnd 3: With right side facing, join White with sl st to tip of any point, ch 5, sl st in same tip; * working along sides of points, ch 3, skip next st, sl st in next st, ch 3, sl st in sp between two points, on next point, ch 3, skip next st, sl st in next st, ch 3, (sl st, ch 5, sl st) in next tip; rep from * around, omitting last tip on final repeat; join with sl st in first tip worked. Finish off and weave in ends.
