Throw measures 40” x 40”.
GAUGE: Rounds 1-4 = 5” across. CHECK YOUR GAUGE. Use any size hook to obtain the gauge.

Work each color in pattern until a few inches remain, then change to the next color and continue in pattern. Your throw may be a little larger or smaller than our model.
To Change Color in Dc: Work last dc before color change until 2 loops remain on hook, drop color in use, with next color to be used yo and draw through 2 loops on hook; continue with new color.

With A, ch 5; join with a slip st in first ch to form a ring.
Round 1: Ch 3 (counts as dc), 2 dc in ring, ch 2, [3 dc in ring, ch 2] 3 times; join with a slip st in top of ch-3.
Round 2: Slip st in next 2 dc and into ch-2 space, (ch 3, 2 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) all in same space, ch 1, [(3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) all in next ch-2 space, ch 1] 3 times; join in top of ch-3.
Round 3: Slip st in next 2 dc and into ch-2 space, (ch 3, 2 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) all in same space, ch 1, 3 dc in next ch-1 space, ch 1, [(3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) all in next ch-2 space, ch 1, 3 dc in next ch-1 space, ch 1] 3 times; join.
Round 4: Slip st in next 2 dc and into ch-2 space, (ch 3, 2 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) all in same space, ch 1, * 3 dc in next ch-1 space, ch 1 **; repeat from * to corner; (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) all in next ch-2 space, ch 1; repeat from * around, end at **; join.
Repeat Round 4 for pattern changing to B when A runs out. Continue in this manner, working next with C, then D, E, F, and G making sure that the last round with G is a complete round. Fasten off. Weave in ends.
