#142 Easy Doubles Crochet Dishcloth – Maggie Weldon Maggies Crochet

Sunday May 22, 2011

Jen who works for us, volunteered to crochet this dishcloth for the Dishcloth-a-Day Challenge.  We are teaching her to crochet.  You may remember that Jen also created the Huggly Scarf which is available on this website.  With the scarf Jen mastered single crochet stitches and with this dishcloth she learned double crochets.  Now she is working on her own dishcloth design!

Thank you Jen for crocheting this dishcloth for us and for all the wonderful things you do to help us run MaggiesCrochet.com and Lace Pottery.  We are blessed to have you working for us.

Follow me onto dishcloth #143 and the rest of the story…

I’ve been crocheting since 1969. During my working years I only crocheted on occasion. Now that I’m retired, I’m loving it and am making things beside afghans. I love, love, love some of the new paterns and really love learning new stitches. Thanks Maggie for putting all this on your website!!!
