Size: About 11” at widest point, 8” long
Materials: Worsted Weight Cotton: White – 1½ oz, 75 yd (45 g, 69 m); Orange – ½ oz, 25 yd (15 g, 23 m); Purple – ½ oz, 25 yd (15 g, 23 m); Green – ½ oz, 25 yd (15 g, 23 m); Yellow – ½ oz, 25 yd (15 g, 23 m); Lilac – ½ oz, 25 yd (15 g, 23 m)(Sugar ‘n Cream/Bernat Cottontots)
Crochet Hook: Size H-8 (5.00 mm)
TO CHANGE COLORS
Work last stitch before color change to last step, with new color yo and pull new color through remaining loops on hook. Drop unused color to wrong side. Do not work over unused color.

JOINING WITH SC
When instructed to join with sc, begin with sl knot on hook, insert hook in st or sp indicated, yo and pull up a loop, yo and draw through both loops on hook.
Special Stitches
Single Crochet Decrease: (sc dec): Draw up a lp in each of next 2 sts, yo and draw through 3 lps on hook.
Double Crochet 3 Together (dc3tog): Keeping last loop of each st on hook, dc in next 3 sts, yo and pull through 4 loops on hook.
DISHCLOTH
Row 1: (Right Side) Starting at center, with White, ch 4, 4 dc in 4th ch from hook (skipped ch count as first dc). (5 dc)
Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as first dc now and throughout), turn, dc in first dc, 2 dc in next 4 dc. (10 dc) Change color to Orange.
Row 3: With Orange, ch 3, turn, 2 dc in next dc, [change to next color, with new color, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc] 4 times. (3 dc per color)
Row 4: Ch 3, turn, dc in next 2 dc, [change to next color, with new color, dc in next 3 dc] 4 times. (3 dc per color)
Row 5: Ch 3, turn, 2 dc in next dc, dc in next dc, [change to next color, with new color, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, dc in next dc] 4 times. (4 dc per color)
Row 6: Ch 3, turn, dc in next 3 dc, [change to next color, with new color, dc in next 4 dc] 4 times. (4 dc per color)
Row 7: Ch 3, turn, 2 dc in next dc, dc in next 2 dc, [change to next color, with new color, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, dc in next 2 dc] 4 times. (5 dc per color)
Row 8: Ch 3, turn, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, dc in next 2 dc, [change to next color, with new color, dc in next 2 dc, 2 dc in next dc, dc in next 2 dc] 4 times. (6 dc per color)
Row 9: Ch 3, turn, dc in next 5 dc, [change to next color, with new color, dc in next 6 dc] 4 times. (6 dc per color)
Row 10: Ch 3, turn, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, dc in next 3 dc, [change to next color, with new color, dc in next 2 dc, 2 dc in next dc, dc in next 3 dc] 4 times. (7 dc per color)
Row 11: Ch 3, turn, dc in next 6 dc, [change to next color, with new color, dc in next 7 dc] 4 times. (7 dc per color)
Row 12: Ch 1, turn, sc in first dc, skip next 2 dc, 7 dc in next dc, skip next 2 dc, sc in next dc, [change to next color, with new color, sc in next dc, skip next 2 dc, 7 dc in next dc, skip next 2 dc, sc in next dc] 4 times. Finish off and weave in ends.
Edging
Rnd 1: With right side facing, join White with sc to first sc on Row 12, sc in same sc, sc in next 7 dc, [sc dec (using last sc of this color and first sc of next color), sc in next 7 dc] 4 times, 2 sc in last sc; working in sides of rows, evenly sc around, working 3 sc in bottom point; join with sl st to first sc.
Rnd 2: Ch 1, sc in same st as joining, (sc, hdc) in next sc, [2 dc in next sc, dc in next sc] 3 times, * dc3tog, dc in next sc, [2 dc in next sc, dc in next dc] twice; rep from * 3 times more, 2 dc in next sc, (hdc, sc) in next sc, [sc in next sc] around, working 3 sc in center sc of bottom 3-sc group; join. Finish off and weave in ends.
