Pebbly Popcorn Easy Crochet Mats

Pebbly Popcorn Mats – Free Crochet Pattern

These Pebbly Popcorn Mats are very versatile for use in your kitchen.  They are easy to crochet using a double stand of crochet cotton thread.  The original pattern recommended a steel crochet hook size 7 but since you will be working with a double strand of crochet thread I think a larger crochet hook would be better for this craft project.   Try an aluminum crochet hook size D or E.  Work these hexagon motifs in several different color combinations – red, white and green for Christmas – autumn shades for fall and Thanksgiving – pastels for spring and Easter.
