Susan Bates® Crochet Hook: 5.5mm [US I-9]

Yarn needle

Locking stitch marker

Gauge/Tension:     8 pattern repeats + 1 st = 4″ (10 cm) (one pattern repeat consists of one stitch and one chain); 9 rows = 4″ (10 cm). CHECK YOUR GAUGE. Use any size hook to obtain the gauge.

Throw measures 46″ wide x 60″ long (117 x 152.5 cm).

Notes

1. At end of each row, color is either fastened off or dropped; next color is joined or returned to the hook and worked into stitches and chain-1 spaces. Do not turn or cut yarn unless otherwise instructed.

2. Place the dropped loop on a locking stitch marker so it doesn’t unravel as the next row is worked.

3. Border is worked in joined rounds with right side facing at all times.
